Sorry Gary – I’m not the person to ask, being US-based myself. I think McSweeney’s will send it themselves, for a markup. Or you could ask at bookshops/magazine shops?

My only criticism is that the magazine should have been more glamorous, although I realize that is not McSweeney’s thing.

Well… I bought my copy on november and I am still waiting for it.. I am almost desperate to have it in my hands! It looks so great…
